Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on courier operations, location, public holidays, weather, or force majeure events.

Terave shall not be liable for delays after dispatch to the courier partner.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of tea and food products, opened items cannot be returned unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with relevant photo/video proof.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
